Ok, sports fans, I’ve been at this for exactly one week, so on with the show!

Total calories consumed: 11,693 (1670/day)

Total miles run: 12.1

Total meters swam: 3000

Total of other workouts: 5 for 180 minutes (3 hours)

It’s been a great first week.  I look forward to a great deal more success in the second week!
